Our First Year of Magical Women ends with an arts magazine (book!)
We have over 40 contributions of art and words by neurodivergent women artists.
Due to our Neurodiversity this does mean that there is one typo of an artist’s name where sometimes her name is correct but on other pages her name misses an “r” - we can only profusely apologise and recognise we created this magazine in a very short time limit with no access support due to Covid19 and no physical help or access support allowed to enter homes.
The other typo is another artist is mentioned on Chapter Five and Chapter Eight but is only featured in Chapter Eight, this is because she was moved to Chapter Eight and our Designer and Editor, both Neurodivergent and working to a very tight timeframe forgot to remove her name from Chapter 5. Again, we apologise for missing this but the artist’s art is featured in Chapter Eight.
Covid19 has caused havoc on our access barriers and access needs this year which is why we are so proud of our achievements and for being able to make space and promote so many Neurodivergent women artists.
Both artists have been notified of these typos.
As Neurodivergent artists we are immensely proud of our achievement and want to thank everyone who has supported Magical Women this year.
